Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every prompt, photo, mask, generated image, account, and use of TattooCoverUpGenerator.com (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Content standards and prohibited categories

Do not use the Service to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

1. Sexual or NSFW content, including nudity, pornography, sexual exploitation, or sexualized material.
2. Violence or gore, including graphic injury, suicide, terrorism, weapons intended to harm, or instructions that facilitate violent wrongdoing.
3. Hate speech or extremist content, including content that targets or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics, promotes violent extremism, or advocates genocide.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation, including any sexualized depiction of a minor. This is strictly prohibited.
5. Deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media, including requests involving a real person, public figure, face swap, cloned identity, or material designed to mislead others about a person's identity or actions.
6. Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement, including content you do not have the right to submit or use.

We also prohibit attempts to bypass safeguards, manipulate system instructions, evade moderation, commit fraud, or violate applicable law. We have zero tolerance for CSAM, terrorism or large-scale violence, genocide or hate violence, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes.

2. How we review content

The Service is an image-only tattoo cover-up planning tool; it does not generate video. We use layered review before delivering a generated image:

• Input review: before a generation starts, we normalize the user-provided text and automatically check it for prohibited terms and evasion patterns, including safety-bypass, impersonation/public-figure, sexual, violent, hate, and child-safety indicators. A blocked request is not sent to the image model and does not consume credits.
• Model safeguards: the current design model is OpenAI GPT Image 2, accessed through Replicate with its moderation setting enabled.
• Output review: after the image model returns an image and before it is delivered, we send that image to Replicate's falcons-ai/nsfw_image_detection classifier. Only a normal classification is delivered. Any other classification is withheld and the generation credits are refunded.

We also use tmappdev/lang-segment-anything through Replicate to estimate the tattoo area before generation. These are the current models used for the described functions; we will update this disclosure before materially changing them.

Automated checks reduce risk but are not perfect. We do not publish generated images as public gallery content. The TattooCoverUpGenerator team manually reviews credible reports and may perform additional checks where needed. We minimize access to submitted content and use it only to operate, secure, and support the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Reporting content or safety concerns

To report suspected prohibited content, account misuse, intellectual-property concerns, privacy issues, or a safety issue, email support@tattoocoverupgenerator.com with the relevant account email, time of the event, and any available task or transaction ID. Do not attach illegal material, especially suspected CSAM; instead, describe the concern and preserve evidence safely.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days. Reports involving child safety, credible violence, or unlawful activity are prioritized. You may also use this email to appeal a moderation decision; include the request details and why you believe it was incorrect.

4. Enforcement

Depending on severity, evidence, recurrence, and legal obligations, we may reject a request, withhold or remove generated content, refund the affected generation, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or report matters to competent authorities when legally required. We may act without prior notice for severe or urgent risks. Enforcement does not create an obligation to monitor every use or guarantee that prohibited content will never be attempted.
