TattooCoverUpGenerator.com provides an AI-assisted tattoo cover-up planning tool. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the site.

Information we process

We process account information such as your email address and profile details, payment and credit records, tattoo photos and the planning choices you submit, generated concepts, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, logs, and security events.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate accounts, generate cover-up planning concepts, provide purchased or promotional credits, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Generated concepts are consultation aids only; they are not tattoo instructions or medical advice.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the site and data, process payments, send transactional email, store files, and run the AI services selected for a generation. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services. A tattoo photo or related prompt may be sent to an AI or storage provider to create and return your requested result.

Retention and deletion

Private cover-up generation files, including the normalized photo, masks, and generated concept, are retained for 30 days so you can revisit and download a result. You can permanently delete an individual private generation at any time; deletion removes its stored files and history entry. We retain account, payment, and non-image generation records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. After you request account deletion, we retain your account and unused purchased-credit balance for 90 days so you can ask to restore access. We then delete or de-identify personal data, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for sign-in, security, and preferences. We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate site usage, improve the site, diagnose technical issues, and detect abuse. These services may collect or receive information such as pages viewed, interactions with the site, approximate location inferred from IP address, device and browser information, and online identifiers, including cookies or similar technologies. Microsoft Clarity may record pseudonymized session activity such as clicks, scrolling, and page navigation.

Google and Microsoft process this information under their own privacy terms. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, tattoo photos, prompts, payment information, or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Where required by applicable law, we ask for your consent before loading non-essential analytics tools. You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time through the Privacy settings button on the site.

We do not currently serve Google ads. If Google ads or other third-party advertising are enabled, we will update this policy before activation to disclose third-party advertising cookies, web beacons, IP-address processing, consent choices, and applicable Google data-use notices.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about this policy, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload photos or information you do not want processed for cover-up planning.

Changes and contact

Photo-to-tattoo designs and local skin previews

The photo-to-tattoo tool sends your normalized reference photo and optional direction to generation and safety providers. Private reference photos and generated designs are retained for 30 days and can be deleted earlier. Body photos used for skin placement previews are processed on your device and are not uploaded by this tool. Placement controls, masks and exports remain in your browser. Model resources may be downloaded from service providers without sending them your body photo.

To preserve your upload through sign-in, the reference image and selected parameters may be cached in the current tab's session storage. Drafts older than 30 minutes are not restored; body photos are excluded.
